PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and to the news media pursuant to WI. Stats. Section 19.84 that the regular meeting of the town board, Town of Excelsior to be held September 13, 2017, 6:30 P.M. Town of Excelsior Hall, 100 E. Broadway St., Rock Springs, WI. 53961.
Regular monthly town board meeting: AGENDA
1. Call to order. Verification of public notice and compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
2. Roll call.
3. Approval of agenda of town board meeting.
4. Approve minutes of prior meeting(s). 8/9/17
5. Public comments and suggestions from residents of the town and other persons present. (3 minutes)
6. Procedural motions by members of the town board.

d) Review and consider approval of Resolution #9-13-17 Approving Assistance with Financial Administration.
e) Review and consider approval to retain Robin Meier to assist the Financial Administration.
f) Review and consider approval of Quick Books software or license for the Town Treasurer.
g) Review and Consideration of work needed on Wakerly Lane
h) Discuss process and dates for 2018 budget preparation.
i) Review and consider approval Attendance at Fall Workshop
j) M. Krueger/ Cutting of trees (2) on Excelsior Dr.
k) E. Larson/ Tree trimming of various roads in Lake Virginia and cutting (1) tree
l) E. Larson/ Road work needed in Lake Virginia_ some maybe damage from electrical lines being laid
