Notice of Open Book Meeting to Adjourn
Town of Excelsior, Sauk County
The Board of Review Open Book will meet on the 29th day of May, 2020 at 4PM at the Town of Excelsior Town Hall, 100 E. Broadway St., Rock Springs, WI 53961, for the purpose of calling the Board of Review Open Book into session during the 45 day period beginning on the 4th day of April pursuant to Wis. Stat. 70.47(1).
Due to the current public health crisis related to COVID-19, it is anticipated that the Board of Review Open Book will be adjourned until the 5th day of August 2020 at 6:30pm.

Notice is hereby given by the Town of Excelsior, Sauk County, Wisconsin, that it will receive bids for road work for the 2020 season including reconstruction, hot mix, sealcoating and crack filling on various roads within the Township until Friday, May 8th at 10AM, 2020 at the Town of Excelsior Hall at 100 E. Broadway St, Rock Springs, WI 53961
The bids will be opened and read with awards being made at the monthly Town Board meeting on May 13, 2020 at 6pm.

The town of Excelsior reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or accept the bid most advantageous to the Town. The envelope must be marked “Sealed Road Bids”.

EXCELSIOR REFERENDUM EXPLANATION
The Town of Excelsior Board of Supervisors is asking the residents to approve a referendum to approve an ordinance passed by the Excelsior Town Board that would make the offices of Town Clerk and Town Treasurer, or the combined office of Town Clerk/Treasurer appointed positions. Wisconsin state statutes require the voters approve this ordinance change via a referendum question.
